Welcome to DreamJobs AI (the "Service", provided by 天能工業有限公司). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. 服務說明2. The Service
本服務是一款協助求職的 Chrome 擴充功能，提供職缺探索、AI 媒合評分、客製化推薦信生成與品質檢核等輔助功能。本服務是輔助工具，最終的求職決策、應徵內容與送出行為皆由你自行掌控與負責。
The Service is a Chrome extension that assists with job browsing, offering job discovery, AI match scoring, tailored cover-letter drafting, and quality review. The Service is an assistive tool. Your job-search decisions, application content, and submissions remain under your control and responsibility.
3. 帳號與資格3. Account and eligibility
- 你需透過 Google 登入建立帳號，並應確保所提供的資訊正確。
- You create an account by signing in with Google, and you must ensure the information you provide is accurate.
- 你應對帳號的安全與其下的所有活動負責。
- You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it.
- 你應具備所在地法律規定的完全行為能力，方可使用本服務。
- You must have full legal capacity under the law of your location to use the Service.
4. 可接受使用4. Acceptable use
使用本服務時，你同意不從事下列行為：

- 嚴禁轉錄與販賣本服務生成的數據，或侵害他人權利。
- transcribe or sell data generated by the Service, or infringe the rights of others;
- 提供虛偽不實的履歷或申請資料，誤導雇主。
- submit false resume or application data that misleads employers;
- 以自動化方式大量濫用、逆向工程、干擾或破壞本服務或其後端。
- abuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its backend, including at scale;
5. 第三方平台5. Third-party platforms
本服務與 104 等第三方平台互動，但與這些平台無隸屬或背書關係。你在這些平台上的使用，仍須遵守其各自的條款與政策。對於第三方平台的可用性、資料正確性、服務遵守條款與政策變更，本服務不負保證之責。
The Service interacts with third-party platforms such as 104 but is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We do not warrant the availability, accuracy, terms compliance, or policy stability of third-party platforms.
在你主動點選時，本服務可協助把你在本服務產生的內容（個人簡介、工作經歷、自傳、推薦信）填入你自己的 104 履歷或應徵表單；是否投遞、投遞哪些，一律由你本人親自送出，本服務絕不代為儲存或送出應徵。
At your request, the Service may help fill your own 104 resume or application forms (personal summary, work experience, autobiography, cover letter) with content you generated in the Service; whether and what to submit is always done by you in person, and the Service never saves or submits an application on your behalf.
你亦可選擇綁定 LINE 接收求職進度通知；可隨時刪除官方帳號聊天室以停止接收。
You may also optionally link LINE to receive job-progress notifications; you can delete the official-account chat anytime to stop them.
6. 點數與付費6. Credits and billing
本服務提供一定額度的免費體驗，超出後採點數制依實際使用量計費。各功能的點數消耗、價格與計費單位以服務內的最新說明為準。除法律另有規定或我們另行載明外，已使用的點數恕不退還。
The Service offers a free trial allowance; beyond it, usage is metered with credits. The credit cost, pricing, and billing unit of each feature follow the latest in-product description. Except where required by law or otherwise stated by us, used credits are non-refundable.
7. 智慧財產權7. Intellectual property
本服務之軟體、介面、商標與相關內容，其智慧財產權歸 天能工業有限公司 或其授權人所有。未經授權，你不得重製、散布或製作衍生作品。
The software, interface, trademarks, and related content of the Service are owned by 天能工業有限公司 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without authorization.
8. 使用者內容、資料處理與先驅者測試體驗計畫8. Your content, data handling, and the Pioneer Beta Program
你保有你所提供之履歷、職涯資料與生成內容的權利。為提供本服務所需，你授予我們在必要範圍內處理這些內容的有限授權。AI 生成之推薦信等內容，最終送出前由你檢視並負責。
You retain rights to the resume, career data, and generated content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content as needed to provide the Service. You review and take responsibility for AI-generated content, such as cover letters, before it is sent.
8.1 資料處理與保留
8.1 Data handling and retention
你提供的資料與生成內容之處理方式、儲存位置與保留期限，依本服務隱私權政策辦理。其中：即時 AI 生成（媒合評分、推薦信生成等）之提示詞與回應於處理完成後即釋放、不作長期保存，惟多步驟生成（如推薦信生成後自動品質檢查與改寫）所需之處理狀態可能於伺服器短暫留存數小時後自動清除；批次處理所需之暫存輸入／輸出資料於雲端儲存後通常於數日內自動清除；系統錯誤日誌僅含技術中繼資料並於約 90 天後清除。完整內容請見隱私權政策第 7 條。
How your data and generated content are processed, where they are stored, and how long they are kept follow the Service's Privacy Policy. In particular, prompts and responses for real-time AI generation (match scoring, cover-letter drafting, etc.) are released once processing completes and are not kept long-term, though the working state needed for multi-step generation (e.g., cover-letter drafting followed by automatic quality review and rewrite) may be held briefly on the server for a few hours and then auto-deleted; temporary input/output for batch processing in cloud storage is auto-deleted within a few days; and system error logs contain only technical metadata and are cleared after about 90 days. See Section 7 of the Privacy Policy for full details.
8.2 先驅者測試體驗計畫
8.2 Pioneer Beta Program
職夢 AI 先驅者測試體驗計畫為限額之先行體驗。參加本計畫即表示你同意：測試版會於測試過程的關鍵步驟，自動回傳經去識別化的測試紀錄——於你的裝置上先行移除姓名、電話、email、地址、身分證字號等直接識別個人資訊，僅保留媒合與生成結果——作為模型學習訓練與品質研究之用。若你不同意，則無法參加先驅者測試體驗計畫。上述回傳資料設有保留期限（約 90 天後自動清除），或是你可隨時於摘要頁面中選擇執行「刪除我的帳號資料」；執行「刪除我的帳號資料」的同時，也會一併刪除你的帳號與所有資料，並移除你的先驅者與著陸者身分及對應優惠，且無法復原。參與者可獲得「先驅者」或「著陸者」身分與相應使用優惠，實際福利、收費定價與保留期限以本服務官網公告及隱私權政策為準。
The DreamJobs AI Pioneer Beta Program is a limited-seat early-access program. By joining the program you consent to the beta version automatically returning de-identified test records at key steps during testing — with names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, and ID numbers and other direct identifiers removed on your own device before upload, keeping only the matching and generation results — for model training and quality research. If you do not consent, you cannot join the Pioneer Beta Program. Such returned data is subject to a retention period (auto-deleted after about 90 days); alternatively, you may at any time delete it yourself via the "Delete my account data" action on the summary page; note that doing so permanently deletes your account and all data and also terminates your Pioneer and Lander status and the corresponding benefits, and cannot be undone. Participants receive "Pioneer" or "Lander" status and corresponding usage benefits; the actual benefits, pricing, and retention periods follow the Service's official website announcements and the Privacy Policy.
8.2.1 測試階段本機資料保存提醒：測試版的職缺探索、深度媒合評分、推薦信與品質檢核等結果目前僅儲存於你裝置的本機空間。以同一帳號登出再登入會完整保留；但在同一台電腦切換登入其他帳號時，為保護隱私將會清除前一帳號的本機資料且無法復原。建議測試期間固定使用同一帳號。
8.2.1 Local data retention notice during testing: In the beta version, results such as job discovery, deep match scoring, cover letters, and quality review are currently stored only in the local space on your device. Signing out and back in with the same account preserves them in full; however, when you switch to a different account on the same computer, the previous account's local data is cleared to protect privacy and cannot be recovered. We recommend staying with the same account throughout the testing period.

本服務為在你個人操作下運作的求職輔助工具：於你自身的瀏覽器與登入狀態中，協助你檢視、整理與評估你本即有權瀏覽的公開職缺資訊，協助你撰寫應徵相關內容，並在你的指示下輔助你完成投遞。是否投遞、投遞哪些職缺，皆由你自行決定並負責。
The Service is a job-browsing assistant that operates under your personal control: within your own browser and signed-in session, it helps you view, organize, and evaluate publicly available job information you are already entitled to access, helps you draft application materials, and assists you in completing applications at your direction. Whether and where to apply is your own decision and responsibility.
本服務以「現狀」與「現有」基礎提供。我們不保證你使用本服務即可取得面試或工作機會，亦不保證 AI 媒合評分或生成內容的絕對正確、完整或適用性。求職結果受眾多本服務無法控制的因素影響。
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in interviews or job offers, nor that AI scores or generated content are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Job outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
10. 責任限制10. Limitation of liability
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本服務所生之任何間接、附帶、衍生或懲罰性損害，本服務概不負責。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. 終止11. Termination
你可隨時停止使用並移除本擴充功能。若你違反本條款，我們得暫停或終止你的帳號與服務使用權。
You may stop using the Service and remove the extension at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account and access if you breach these Terms.
12. 條款變更12. Changes to these terms
我們可能不時修訂本條款。重大變更將於本頁公告並更新生效日期。變更後繼續使用本服務，即視為接受更新後的條款。
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. 準據法與管轄13. Governing law
本條款之解釋與適用，以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。因本條款所生之爭議，雙方同意以 台灣台北地方法院 為第一審管轄法院。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
