職夢 AI（以下稱「本服務」，由 天能工業有限公司 提供）是一款協助求職者的 Chrome 擴充功能。本服務串接 104 人力銀行的公開職缺資料，運用 AI 為職缺與你的職涯輪廓進行媒合評分，並協助生成客製化推薦信。本政策說明我們蒐集哪些資料、如何使用，以及你擁有的權利。
DreamJobs AI (the "Service", provided by 天能工業有限公司) is a Chrome extension that helps job seekers. It connects to public job listings on Taiwan's 104 platform, uses AI to score how well each job matches your career profile, and helps generate tailored cover letters. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

2. 我們蒐集的資料2. Data we collect

- 帳號資料：透過 Google 一鍵登入時取得的電子郵件地址與基本個人資料，用於建立與識別你的帳號。
- Account data: the email address and basic profile obtained when you sign in with Google, used to create and identify your account.
- 職涯輪廓：你在設定流程中填入的期望產業、職務、技能、年資與排除條件（你不希望出現的職缺條件）等。
- Career profile: the target industries, roles, skills, seniority, and exclusion criteria (job conditions you want to avoid) that you enter during setup.
- 履歷與自述內容：你為了媒合與推薦信生成而提供的履歷重點或自我介紹文字。
- Resume and summary content: the resume highlights or self-introduction text you provide for matching and cover-letter drafting.
2.2 服務運作中產生的資料2.2 Data generated in use
- 職缺資料：當你啟動職缺探索時，本服務讀取 104 上的公開職缺內容（職稱、公司、職缺描述等）以進行媒合，這些內容屬於暫時處理性質。
- Job listing data: when you start browsing, the Service reads public listing content on 104 (title, company, description, and similar) for matching. This is processed transiently.
- 媒合與生成結果：AI 產生的評分、標籤、推薦信與品質檢核結果。
- Match and generation results: the scores, labels, cover letters, and quality-review output produced by the AI.
- 使用與計費資料：為計算點數用量與維持服務穩定所需的基本使用紀錄。
- Usage and billing data: the basic usage records needed to calculate credit consumption and keep the Service reliable.
本服務不會主動蒐集你的瀏覽紀錄、不會在 104 以外的網站追蹤你，也不會讀取與求職無關的個人資料。
The Service does not collect your browsing history, does not track you on sites other than 104, and does not read personal data unrelated to job browsing.
3. 我們如何使用資料3. How we use your data
- 為你的職涯輪廓與 104 職缺進行 AI 媒合評分與排序。
- To run AI matching, scoring, and ranking between your profile and 104 listings.
- 針對個別職缺生成並檢核客製化推薦信。
- To generate and review tailored cover letters for specific jobs.
- 在你主動點選時，協助把你在本服務產生的內容（個人簡介、工作經歷、自傳、推薦信）填入你自己的 104 履歷或應徵表單；你始終自行核對並親自送出，本服務絕不代為儲存或送出應徵。
- When you choose to, to help place content you generated in the Service (personal summary, work experience, autobiography, cover letter) into your own 104 resume or application form; you always review and submit yourself — the Service never saves or submits an application on your behalf.
- 依你的回饋校正評分基準，讓媒合結果更貼近你的偏好。
- To calibrate scoring from your feedback so results better match your preferences.
- 在你選擇綁定 LINE 時，透過 LINE 官方帳號推送求職進度通知。
- When you choose to link LINE, to push job-progress notifications via a LINE official account.
- 維持帳號運作、計算點數用量、提供客戶支援與防止濫用。
- To run your account, meter credits, provide support, and prevent abuse.
我們不會將你的個人資料販售、出租或交換給第三方，也不會用於與本服務無關的廣告投放。
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to the Service.
4. 資料儲存與傳輸4. Storage and transfer
你的職缺探索與媒合／生成結果預設儲存在你的瀏覽器本機（透過 Chrome 的本機儲存）。你的帳號基本資料與職涯輪廓（履歷全文、個人摘要、排除條件）則另以加密方式儲存於我們的後端資料庫、僅供本服務後端存取，用於回復你的設定並執行媒合與生成；保留期限見第 7 條。當這些功能執行時，完成該功能所必要的資料會以加密連線（HTTPS）傳送至我們的後端與 Google Cloud Platform（GCP）進行處理，部分處理可能於台灣境外的伺服器進行。
Your job-discovery and matching/generation results are stored locally in your browser by default (via Chrome local storage). Your account basics and career profile (full resume, personal summary, exclusion criteria) are additionally stored in encrypted form in our backend database, accessible only to the Service's backend, to restore your settings and run matching/generation; see Section 7 for retention. When these run, only the data necessary for that feature is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our backend and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for processing; some processing may take place on servers outside Taiwan.
傳輸與處理過程採用業界通行的加密與存取控制措施。即時 AI 生成的提示詞與回應以暫態方式處理；為完成多步驟生成（如推薦信生成後自動進行品質檢查與改寫）所需的處理狀態，可能於伺服器短暫留存數小時後自動清除，不作長期保存（詳見第 7 條保留期限）。
Transfer and processing use industry-standard encryption and access controls. Prompts and responses for real-time AI generation are processed transiently; the working state needed to complete multi-step generation (e.g., cover-letter drafting followed by automatic quality review and rewrite) may be held briefly on the server for a few hours and then auto-deleted, and is not kept long-term (see Section 7 for retention).
本機資料以帳號為單位隔離。你的職涯輪廓與媒合／生成結果（職缺探索、深度媒合評分、推薦信、品質檢核等）目前僅儲存於你當前登入帳號的本機空間。以同一帳號登出再登入會完整保留；但在同一台裝置切換登入不同帳號時，為保護隱私將會清除前一個帳號的本機資料，由於這些結果目前僅存於本機，清除後無法復原。測試階段建議固定使用同一帳號。
Local data is isolated per account. Your career profile and matching/generation results (job discovery, deep match scoring, cover letters, quality review, etc.) are currently stored only in the local space of the account you are signed in to. Signing out and back in with the same account preserves them in full; however, when you switch to a different account on the same device, the previous account's local data is cleared to protect privacy, and because these results currently live only on your device, they cannot be recovered after clearing. During the testing phase we recommend staying signed in to the same account.

本服務在運作時會與下列第三方服務互動，各自有其隱私權政策：
The Service interacts with the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google（登入）：用於 Google 一鍵登入。本服務採用 Google 官方一鍵登入機制，不自行儲存你的密碼，由 Google 負責登入身分驗證的安全性，為你的帳號提供更有保障的保護，並符合 Chrome Web Store 對帳號安全與隱私保護的上架要求。
- Google (sign-in): used for Google one-tap sign-in. We use Google's official one-tap sign-in and do not store your password; Google handles authentication security, giving your account stronger protection and aligning with the Chrome Web Store's account-security and privacy requirements.
- Google Cloud（雲端運算）：本服務部份資料可能於 Google Cloud Platform（GCP）上進行運算處理；相關運算可能於台灣境外的伺服器完成。我們僅傳送完成該功能所必要的資料。
- Google Cloud (cloud computing): some data may be processed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP); the related computation may take place on servers outside Taiwan. We send only the data necessary for the feature.
- 104 人力銀行：職缺資料的來源平台。在你主動點選時，本服務可將你在本服務產生的內容填入你自己的 104 履歷／應徵表單，但絕不代為儲存或送出。你在 104 上的帳號與行為仍受 104 自身條款與隱私政策規範。
- 104: the source platform for job listings. At your request, the Service can fill your own 104 resume/application forms with content you generated in the Service, but never saves or submits on your behalf. Your 104 account and activity remain governed by 104's own terms and privacy policy.
- LINE（選用通知）：若你在設定流程中選擇綁定 LINE，我們會透過 LINE 官方帳號推送求職進度通知（職缺探索、深度媒合、求職信、品質檢查等完成）。為此我們會儲存你的 LINE 使用者識別碼（用於認人推播）與通知文字（僅含階段名稱與統計數字，不含履歷、姓名或職缺明細）。你可隨時刪除官方帳號聊天室。LINE 由 LINE 株式會社營運、伺服器可能位於台灣境外。
- LINE (optional notifications): if you choose to link LINE during setup, we push job-progress notifications through a LINE official account. To do so we store your LINE user identifier (to route pushes to you) and the notification text (stage name and counts only — no resume, name, or job details). You can delete the official-account chat at any time. LINE is operated by LINE Corporation and its servers may be outside Taiwan.
6. Chrome 權限說明6. Chrome permissions
本服務遵循最小權限原則，僅在達成功能所需的範圍內要求權限，常見包括：
The Service follows the principle of least privilege and requests only the permissions needed to function, typically including:
- 存取 104 網域：在你使用時讀取公開職缺資料並顯示媒合結果；並在你主動點選時，將你產生的內容填入你自己的 104 履歷／應徵表單（絕不代為儲存或送出）。
- Access to 104 domains: to read public listing data and show match results while you use it; and, at your request, to fill your own 104 resume/application forms with content you generated (never saving or submitting on your behalf).
- 本機儲存：將你的設定與資料保存在裝置端。
- Storage: to keep your settings and data on your device.
- 身分驗證：完成 Google 登入。
- Identity: to complete Google sign-in.
7. 資料保留與刪除7. Retention and deletion
我們依資料類型訂有不同保留期限：
We apply different retention periods by data type:
- 履歷與個人檔案（職涯輪廓、個人摘要、黑名單）：留存至你刪除帳號或提出刪除申請為止。
- Resume and profile (career profile, personal summary, blacklist): kept until you delete your account or request deletion.
- LINE 綁定資料（使用者識別碼與綁定狀態）：留存至你刪除帳號為止。
- LINE binding data (identifier and status): kept until you delete your account.
- 即時 AI 生成（媒合評分、推薦信生成等）：相關提示詞與生成內容於處理完成後即釋放、不作長期保存；其中多步驟生成（如推薦信生成後自動品質檢查與改寫）所需的處理狀態，可能於伺服器短暫留存數小時後自動清除。
- Real-time AI generation (match scoring, cover-letter drafting, etc.): the prompts and generated content are released once processing finishes and are not kept long-term; the working state for multi-step generation (e.g., cover-letter drafting followed by automatic quality review and rewrite) may be held briefly on the server for a few hours and then auto-deleted.
- 批次處理暫存資料：批次處理所需的輸入／輸出資料存放於雲端儲存後，通常於數日內自動清除。
- Batch-processing temporary data: input/output files needed for batch processing are stored in cloud storage and auto-deleted within a few days.
- 系統錯誤日誌：僅含必要的技術中繼資料（不含履歷或生成內容），保留約 90 天後自動清除。
- System error logs: contain only necessary technical metadata (no resume or generated content) and are auto-deleted after about 90 days.
- 先驅者測試體驗計畫回傳資料：經裝置端去識別化（於你的裝置先移除姓名、電話、email、地址、身分證字號等直接識別資訊，僅保留媒合與生成結果）後回傳，保留約 90 天後自動清除，你也可於摘要頁面執行「刪除我的帳號資料」一併刪除（此動作將永久刪除你的帳號與所有資料，並終止你的先驅者與著陸者身分及優惠，且無法復原）。透明可驗證：上傳完成後，你可在「上傳成功」畫面下載與實際上傳逐字相同的去識別化檔案，自行開啟搜尋姓名，確認已被替換為
[已移除姓名]。 - Pioneer Beta Program returned data: de-identified on your device (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, and ID numbers removed before upload, keeping only matching and generation results), auto-deleted after about 90 days, and also deletable by you via the "Delete my account data" action on the summary page (this permanently deletes your account and all data and terminates your Pioneer and Lander status and benefits, and cannot be undone). Verifiable transparency: after upload, you can download the exact de-identified file that was uploaded from the success screen and search it yourself to confirm names are replaced with
[name removed]. - 本機資料：於你清除擴充功能資料或移除擴充功能時一併刪除。
- Local data: removed when you clear the extension's data or uninstall it.
- 反濫用防護資料：帳號刪除後，我們僅保留一組去識別化的電子郵件雜湊值與用量計數，作為防止濫用測試額度之用途；此資料不含履歷、姓名或其他可識別個資。
- Anti-abuse data: after you delete your account, we retain only a de-identified email hash and usage counters to prevent abuse of trial quota; this contains no resume, name, or other identifying data.
此外，為改善服務品質，去識別化（不含姓名等可識別個資）後的部分生成結果可能保留作為品質提升用途。你可隨時來信申請刪除後端留存的處理資料；法律要求保存者除外。
In addition, to improve service quality, some de-identified generated results (excluding names and other identifying data) may be retained for quality-improvement purposes. You may email us at any time to delete processing data retained on the backend, except where the law requires retention.
本服務得視營運需要與法令要求調整上述保留期限，調整將於本頁更新後適用。
We may adjust the retention periods above as operationally or legally required; changes will be posted on this page and take effect accordingly.
8. 你的權利8. Your rights
在適用法律範圍內，你有權查詢、閱覽、複製、更正、補充或刪除你的個人資料，並可請求停止蒐集、處理或利用。你可透過擴充功能設定自行管理本機資料，或來信向我們提出請求。
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, review, copy, correct, supplement, or delete your personal data, and to request that we stop collecting, processing, or using it. You can manage local data through the extension settings or email us with a request.
9. 兒童隱私9. Children's privacy
本服務面向求職的成年使用者，並非針對未滿 16 歲的兒童設計。我們不會在知情下蒐集兒童的個人資料。
The Service is intended for working-age adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. 政策變更10. Changes to this policy
我們可能不時更新本政策。重大變更將於本頁公告並更新生效日期。變更後繼續使用本服務，即視為接受更新後的政策。
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
